71 CB500 Fork oil ?

I am replacing the seals in my forks and am trying to find out what is the best oil to use. Do you replace by measuring the amount of fluid, if so do you know how much.

as i was told the type of oil/weight used on depends on your driving style. i am a slim guy at 230 lbs and used 20wt belray and i love it..may be too stiff for some folks. i have a 72 500k1 and it used 160cc per fork. hope you get more answers and opinions.
