Not doing something and then deciding it wasn't really worth doing in the first place doesn't count. ;D

I remember when I thought 40 was so old and it seemed so far in the future it would never happen. Now at 54 I tell myself that's not old and just try to have some type of recollection of what being 40 was like ;D

The only thing with getting older is you learn to work smarter instead of harder...hehe
You learn to ride smarter, as well. ;)

You better go see your doc mate, at your age it's probably rigor mortis! ;D
I was feeling sorry for myself because I couldn't afford new bike boots, until I met a man with no legs.

So I said, "Hey mate, you haven't got any bike boots you don't need, do you?"

Yeah, getting old is better than the alternative I figure. But who knows this place can be staffed by a bunch of FUp's.  Union Democrats and corprotist repubs.. is the grass greener anywhere else?

I had a friend that moved to OZ. Sore would like a sponser to get out of this place where I asked the courts for something.. that ended up in a US senator indicted and the first ever FBI raid on a state legislature.

I used to think I had a target on me, now I'm sure...

Just for kicks, it really was me that asked the ninth circuit to do something and they aparently did on a writ of mandamus.

Played dumbish and learned alot about courts. I stil want to do fishery work, but for now, here is what happened with a hostile work environment. I feel sorry for Ted that the spin stopped on him. I actually think he was a very good man and once the Murkowski's attempt at taking control of the state gov't  somewhat failed, well the writing was on the wall with the exception that his daughter remains,  as in Kim Jong Il fashion .  Welcome to North Korelaska.

And out of that rubblr came Sarah Palin. Bless your hearts.

cben750fo,

At 37 you are way too young to be eligible for the "old farts" club, at least from my age perspective (59)  ::)  An exception might be if you are older than your sohc.  ;D

Then again age is relative ... at our hunting and fishing club the people of my age (59) are considered to be the "young bucks" while we refer to the senior members (in their 80's) as the "old guys".

Rethinking this ... most likely anyone younger than you considers you to be an "old fart".

So I just turned 59 a few days ago. Life is good. Kids are out of the house and I can pretty much do what I want and like. I took a 28 year leave from motorcycles until the kids were gone. Now I am back in to it strong and having fun.

Attached is a link to a couple of pictures of the last bike I built before I got married some 30 years ago. This was titled as a 1974 CB750 Honda. I built this in 1973 and 1974, thanks to pops and his basement machine shop it turned out pretty cool for the day. Check out the front and rear disk remembering what year this was built.
