I'd take a look at the Hagon shocks.How much have you "invested" in the 200? Great shocks cost big money (Koni/Ikons etc), Hagons are about £100 (UK) but you can get much cheaper (half that) replacements if you shop around and are not too fussed about "brand"I have Hagons on my 500/4b - chalk and cheese!!
It depends where you are in the world ( why dont people put their general area, or at least country?) 200 is always going to be low powered and never going to handle like a modern bike. In US, you can get shocks from JC Whitney to fit cheap.PJ
