That is a very nice lowrider you've got there, sir.  Whereabouts in TX are you?  Looks to be somewhere in the North Dallas suburbs. Plano? McKinney?

McKinney.  We all need to do lunch somewhere when it warms up.

She is not blue anymore folks, I jacked up the paint lining the tank the second time.  So it is Satin Black now.
I don't have a motorcycle, sold it ('85 Yamaha Venture Royale).  Haven't had a CB750 for over 40 years.

If it had clubman bars and/or a single seat I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to call it a cafe, right now I would call it a resto-mod probably (Some stock bits but some updated paint and accessories that really set it off).

What you built is called a danno you need to park it right next to all the other bikes in my shop that have been lowered for someone 5' 4" tall  beautiful bike I looks just like the last 750 I built did you put a smaller rim on the back? or just chop the shocks
when you own a motorcycle the wife does not have to find you handy she just has to find you

Hey Danno, 16x3 rim and shorty shocks. CycleX -2 fork tubes and slid up the tree 1 1/4 inches. The wife is like 5' 3" and it is almost just right for her when she wears her thick soled Doc Marten's boots.

Digger.
Does it go round corners without scraping expensive chunks off?
Cafe's were built to handle as well as possible with what you had, usually raised and bits tucked in, not dropped on the floor to make more sparks.
Looks OK but it would probably have me off on first bend
Even stock they are too low

She goes around corners just fine actually.  It was never intended to be a racer.  Purpose built for the wife so she can ride and cruise.  I have only scraped the exhaust once but light.  I was able to twist the baffle up a tad and no scraping since.  We do not go over speed bumps, lol.

I'm no expert on bike styles, but thats one great lookin bike.  The picture with your mother in law made me laugh.  I was in the room with my wife when she told her mother over the phone about the CB750A that I had just bought her.  Her mother said "Slap him for me."  Make sure you "borrow" your wifes new bike a lot, thats what I do!

The pics look very much like the parking lot of North McKinney High School, where the North Texas Motorcycle Safety Course is held.  I only know because my wife and I finally took it back in November.   ;D

That is an awesome looking bike.  Sorry to hear about the blue.  Did you have a color code for it?  Might like to put that on my CB500.

She will dig the bike you got for her.  The auto would make it one less thing for her to deal with.  Yes, I love riding momma's bike.  The good thing is my MIL trusts me.  :)

Thanks for the compliment 754.

Yes Lavis, your eyes and mind still work well.  You are right on the location!  No color code, I wish I had one!

Nope, the 750 won't see that angle unless it is sliding on the alternator or points covers!  My Venture sees those angles on occasion!
