What kind of wheels are these?

First, totally rad that UHC used an old CB for this ad instead of some Hog cruiser...

Second, what type of wheels are these? Thay're awesome!

 Mitchell sold thru PERFORMANCE MACHINE..
 Roger Goldammer in town has a front think its on his last Bonneville bike, IK nhad ac chance to pick it up it is quite light.

 2 halves welded together with center hub welded in, so if you find one with slight damasge might be hard to repair.

 I did a quick search and found nothing...keep in mind these were built in the 80s, and have not been made in a long while..
