I've seen them go for more than you paid, so if doesn't fit you should be able to recover your money.... If thats any consolation.... ;)

How did you lace the Front Hub to a Harley Wheel?  Where were you able to find spokes for that?  I have 2 16" rims and always wanted fat tires front and back on a 750.

http://www.buchananspokes.net, the back is pre-packaged kit, the front was made custom for me by them, it cost a little more. If you tell them your hub and your rim, they can make spokes to mate them.  I think they even have a lacing service.

One thing, you CAN NOT fit a 500x16 tire on a stock CB750 front end, thats why the GL1000 front end on my bike.  The actual lacing is easy peasy.

Thanks for the info, I will have to try something like that on my next build.  I do have the spokes for the rear but didn't know where I could find spokes for the front rim!

Is there no front brake? How does that work for you? Where is the rear master cylinder? Very nice bike!

Whoa! Doggie!

Retro Dude, your "correction" is cute as a button and in itself doesn't bother me, but I've got a really SERIOUSHANGOVER, and a questiontoo.  Just how the hell can anyone MOLEST MY POST TO THEIR HEART'S CONTENTexcept an original poster edit a posting on this forum?  Admins, I expect an answer to this question. No BS about it; I want an answer!  >:(  RR

Once the "Quote" is inserted in your reply it is merely text contained within the body of your response. If you look back you will see that the original post remained unchanged, only the text witin the quote contained in the response was changed. The original post remained the same, much like I've embellished your quote within my response.

Piece of cake...     :o 8) ;D

P.S.: I'm not an admin, just a miscreant!  ;)

P.S.S: Sorry for the hijack, now back to your regularly scheduled thread...  :D

Beautiful bike there Johnnycakes.

Works OK, you just have to plan ahead.............these redlight cameras really put me on edge.  The master cylinder is right behind the peg, tried to hide it in the lines of the frame.

Love the looks of that thing.

As for the ARD, the older style with the Fairbanks Morse head had no retard for starting the engine. It will be interesting to see how it works on the auto. The CDi version has a retard switch for starting.

When I sold those, they were like $340.00. Can't believe what they go for now.

Anyone have an ARD drive stud that goes in to the end of the crank?  I need to copy it.
