Hello from NC
« on: January 08, 2012, 06:49:01 PM »
Hi guys.  New member here from Graham NC.  Been riding around on a 2008 Harley Davidson Nightster for the past year, and just today picked up a 1973 Honda CB500.  Bike has around 30k on it.  So far I see it needs a front caliper rebuild, battery replaced, and seat recovered.  I'm hoping to do a mild cafe conversion on the bike. I work as a service technician at a Lexus dealership and consider myself a total gear head.  I'm a ASE master/Lexus Master technician, but a motorcycle novice.  So I'm more than certain I'll be needing your assistance on more than one occasion. Looking forward to getting to know some of you.

Ooh Mike, off to a not great start eh? I refer to the order that I had to cancel this morning for obsolete Honda manifolds. Sorry! Bette luck on the next one I hope. Welcome.
