I would think they share a lot of parts with the F models, I believe I read Honda wasn't going to build the K in 77-78 but low sales of the F and demand for the K got them a two year repreive. These bikes are a lot like old chevys. There are lots of parts interchangability, you just have to figure it out. May require a parts bike at some point if you hit too many brick walls. They are out there waiting for us to find them.
A little friendly teasing between members doesn't mean it's not a great bike either. We all have different taste even among fans of the same bike. Choppers, low riders, bobbers, stockers, retro mods, retro, cruisers, dressers, baggers, bolt on freaks, originals, sandies, super sports, cafe racers, adventure bikes, drag bikes and road racers. Did I leave anyone out?
