I apologise for not sending any pictures yet, only daylight time I have is at weekend and they have been busy, is there a time limit for this project?

Thanks guys. There is no real time limit. The whole project rests on the cooperation of others. I am not going to nag for pics, but I will give an honest "THANK YOU!" to whoever participates.

I have lots of great photos from previous travels but I am not sure that is what you want.  Probably won't be traveling again until mid summer now.  Nothing too exotic around the home front at this point. ;)

All I need is a note written "Hello Karen Kalio..etc" held up with any interesting landscape, place or landmark in the backround. Anywhere but here. I want to give her the gift of having her name to have made it around the world.

Would you want postcards? I always get a few from places I've been, and I have a whole bag full if you want any. Paris to Sydney, Puerto Rico, Chicago, Singapore, England and always a must have: The worlds only Corn Palace.

I have a few pictures from when I was working on Lady Elliot Island, on the Great Barrier Reef, they are old photos so the best I can do as far as the note goes is just say Hello Karen Kalio From Queensland.

Took this today, just a view of some castle ruins on a hill down the road from me, I am not in a tourist area so it can be a bit of a challenge to think of something of interest.

Here's a couple more that I promised for the collection, 'Stuff.  PM me with email address if you want the higher res pics.  Next month is western Canada, & April will be a couple of European capitols.  Don't know if you can wait for Nov, but I'm scheduled for Central America then.  Cheers  8)

Brooze72 you have beaten me to that one, I will be in Cleveland OH in a few weeks, I was going to take some pictures there. I recognize the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and Museum building.

Haha, yes Malcolm, but didn't know you were going there.  Take another one of the Brown's stadium (American football) right next door, or there is also the Football hall of fame in Canton OH about an hour away, maybe.  The Rock hall is a great place, however,  do not miss it!

Yes we went to the Rock & Roll Museum last September and saw Brown's Stadium, might go out to take some pictures in the Amish community that should give some variety. Where are you going in Europe?

First Paris, then Eurostar to London for a few. I plan on getting some pics for Karen there, unless you beat me to it  ;)

Ok, no plans to go to Paris or London, just thought if you were going to Rome the original post said about throwing something in a fountain and I thought of the Trevi, I still remember my first visit to it, not quite as imposing as I imagined it would be but a great experience anyway.
