I feel like this question qualifies for you expert opinion.
I have a 1978 Honda CB750K.
Engine has mild road race cam. (hold on......
My question is about carb jetting with, (hold on....)
4 into 2 into 1 exhaust and NO air filtration, just four velocity stacks.
PD style carbs.
I really do not think the stock #35 pilot jet will be large enough but
no one on the other forums seems to have tried any other size of pilot jets.
All they do is say pods do not work and always revert back to the stock airbox
instead of really trying to get the jetting right.
They are the push in style jets.
Also I have one .022 thousandth shim under the non adjustable slide needles.
What is the measurement between notches on the adjustable style slide needles?
I am sure some racers must know.
.050?.062??
