Tuff - I have a seat like that for a K5 750 [should fit K1-K6]. Good shape, no rips, will sell cheap if you really want one.

Steve-O,

Don't think it will fit a K-7.

Looks like the PO set the bike up as a tourer.  Cool little seat, highway bars and floorboards.  Didn't go all the way and slap a Vetter fairing on it, but I'll bet it was considered.  Is it me, or are those mirrors huge?

$300.  Shut Up.
Some days the sun is too loud.

They look like Honda mirrors to me. Not sure if they offered different lengths.  ::) I was told it also had a trunk at one time. I have a fairing I could put on it.  :P :P :P

I've been out in the shop since 2 AM removing a few things and checking out the Mickey Mouse work others have done. The main wiring harness should go under the top tree. Someone routed it over the top.  ???

I have the tank and seat off, removed a cigarette lighter in the OEM ignition switch bracket, moved the switch and removed some riser offsets that moved the handlebars back 3 inches.

I wondered why I was sitting so close to the bars!  :P (see pic)

Hey Toy !.... great buy !.... just a note about high pressure car washes, they do a great job cleaning the bike BUT are about fatal to electrical connections on your bike. Water gets to places it was never intended to go and 'lurks' in lots of places causing corrosion and connector burning... especially over time. A full clean-up of every connection and switch must be part of a fix-up routine..... Good luck with the bike  :)
If your sure it's a carb problem; it's ignition,

I made it a point "NOT" to shoot the water in there. It got a little wet but no blasting in that area.

Thank you Sir.

I spent most of the day with one purpose in mind. What does this thing really look like cleaned up a little?

Cleaned up good!  8)

There were a few members who wondered if the MC CB 550 and CB 350 F pipes were the same. I did not remove them but to me they do look different. Number three (3) pipe would be the issue. Everything else looks the same. (To me)

I'm still trying to get over the fact you paid $300 for that bike.  It is cleaning up well indeed!
