Wiring loom

I have a mongrel of a bike which I hope to put together as a cafe racer.Its a cb650sc frame with a cb550k.I love the twin front discs!!!!!Well! the wiring loom is shot and I need to get a new one but I am moving the battery and am removing the indicators.Where do I start?How do I start doing a wiring diagram?HELP

We there's always that ebay item called choper/bobber wiring diagram for sale, but you can probably find something similar on [  hondachopper.com  ] .
