Did you guys ever think you would see a 37 year old bike hooked to a lap top to configure
ignition cures and retard ignition as boost comes on
that was the first thing I thought about when I started this project................
Now If I can just figure the damn software out but MSD opens Monday so a call to them is in order

The bike is over at David Fletchers for a re-worked wiring harness
Just trying to make it look good and keep as much of the wires away from the turbo housing
I will try to get some pictures soon

everyone on the east coast take cover and be safe

Yeah, we can always build a new nuclear submarine with trillions of $$ but who can/will rebuild a new wooden 3 mast tall sailing ship like the ones you European guys sailed to the US in 1792?!

Just hoping the USS Murphy dries out in time to catch a flight  ;) Get your fins out boys, you may need to do the backstroke. Stay safe and if all else fails there is always liquor to weather a storm.

Kodos to the US Coast Guard.  They've got a plane flying in that soup looking for two missing from the Bounty; two helos have rescused 14, and a third is on it's way to look for the missing.

Not all hope is lost Jerry for tall ships.  The Cdn government just finished spending millions to reburbish the Bluenose II (on the back of our dime).

Jim,

If you need another pair of hands just let me know. I'm on call  :)

Jack? Will 'Jack' still be with us by the time we get there? Is Jack from Tennessee?

What's up with this southern weather? Dammit, I'm cold and damp!

The Bluenose II is very famous and a beautiful ship. Lots of hours and materials to restore a wooden ship properly, especially when they aren't maintained in top shape. I am sure they helped employ a few workers and it spurred the economy in that small area. As ong as they didn't have too many managers on the job it was probably done with the best interest of the country and its cultural heritage.
