Frank,
I checked it out a year ago at Valdosta. Long haul to get to the Cup race. (Idaho?) Way into those bikes. Lots of modifications to run high 8's as I remember. Very much a drag bike. Nice guy/owner.

Yeah Frank he came around the pits and introduced him self (Nice guy) and said that the engine
is somewhat Stock (Yeah right). I think he was into the 8s on his Duck.

The carbon parts look great on your bike. I am finally on the forum. The 750 stuff is my project but I just finished a chainguard and have about 10 molds already done for parts like motor mounts, headlight bucket, tach mount, rear render, some body work cafe torpedo and square seat stuff. Here is a pic of the chainguard and rear peg fabrication.

Here are the covers and they just bolted right up

I might have to get the other fender that you sell as this one is a little short to use the mounting tabs
I will have to use a GL fender support and mount it that way if I use it

I am willing to help. And my order book is filled with white space. Carbon is not always carbon. The best thing a consumer can ask is 1.) is it prepreg carbon 2.) is it epoxy resin 3.) is it cured in an autoclave. If the answer is yes for all three you will have the lightest strongest part on the planet. Some people use wet lay up and it is cheaper but it is heavier than what I mentioned above. Some people heat the part up in an oven and that is also a method but an autoclave provides a better finish and strength. If you don't use epoxy the part will yellow in UV light and crack. I will do what I can to educate. Many people get tricked and pay 3 times the cost of a metal part and they get 1 layer of carbon and three layers of black fiberglass.

Looks like I'll be beginning on my new build at the right time. I did the rebuild to Honda specs. The take-off build will NOT be a NOS stock bike

I can get you some 75/76 CB750F parts, if interested, to make molds with. Things like headlight bucket (different than the K's and it also fits other models), chain guard, seat cowl (75-78), side covers (75-76 and one side fits 77-78), idiot light console (works for other models also), fuel door, etc

Jim made a good point with the fender fitment. Plus I'd bet a fender would be pretty universal too.

Your products can be both in the performance section and the general topic section
but My opinion would be keep it in the performance section

Jerry take a look at the chain guard that he posted on this thread earlier
its very trick and I might have to order that one also

I think we need a rear fender,stock and a smaller,cafeish,etc.Not much out there on rear fenders,Jim,that brace works well,is a brace,but fender sides need a couple inches.Man,your bike looks awesome!

Carbon guy, welcome to the forums! Nice work on the fender and engine parts.

Have seen some carbon being referred to as basalt. What differentiates it from other construction.

Any thoughts or comments on Carbon Kevlar weaves and how to properly protect them from UV damage?

I just knew that Sam Green put his Mini Cooper in his carry on and was over in the neighborhood
you don't see original coopers to often but with right side drive is even more rare
I did look to see if it might be Sam but he had a head full of hair:)))))
