I ran my little 736cc turbo motor with an accutronix copper head gasket, no sleeve O rings, but it had cylinder studs and good nuts. I cranked it up to 30+ lbs of boost several times, but normal was 15psi.
I didn't encounter any gasket issues, but my cylinder pressure wasn't extreme either, as I had those stock pistons way down in the hole. 5 base gaskets will lower the static compression in a hurry. I also ran good gas and was pretty conservative with the timing. One thing I had learned by that time - don't rattle the motor.
This motor was built from spare / leftover parts. If I had been serious I'd have O ringed the sleeves like my big motors had, but remember this was bonzaid together with most of the parts coming from scrap motors. That head gasket was the only purpose - built piece for this combination.
I melted a new set of Arias pistons due to a failing little pos fuel pump so I supersized the petcock and got a Holley red pump and regulator, and presto no more problems.
