Brake Light Switch. From New to Old?

I bought a new master cylinder and, of course, it came with a modern switch.  Can I use the wiring into the old stop switch for the new one?

Yes, I think you should just be able to connect the wires to the new switch.

Jack, why not just leave the switch connected as is and make life easier. It just completes the circuit when the preset line pressure is reached. I think it should work fine as is.

Probably right Doc.  After I posted this I got to thinking that it would add another wire on the handlebar.  BTW it is coming along nicely.  Thanks cmon.
