Ya know with my luck, if I tried to use a star trek transport for the bike, something would get screwed up and I'd end up with a Harley engine in it or something as equally frightening!  :o

As long as I have a few months notice I would be game to go just about anywhere in the country for a gathering....

Either ride the whole way, or put the bike in pickup and go.

I'm seriously considering going.  I'll end up riding up by myself and probably walk around it by myself; like it was mentioned earlier, no one seems to be going.  It's only about three hours from my house, which is east of cincinnati.
My dog loves me for the person I try to be.  Either that or he's hungry.

New here and was reading about a map with everyone on it.
Here is one Hondachopper uses.

http://www.frappr.com/hondachopper

It works real good. Lets you see where everyone is and posts pictures too.
Someone might want to see how to get this started fot this site.

Hondachopper is having a WEST COAST MEET in Auburn, California to coinside with the ALL JAPANISE swap meet on the 29th and 30th of JULY at the Auburn County Fair Grounds in Auburn, California.  If interested, email me for details and put SWAP MEET in SUBJECT of email.

I am making plans to go to Benny's pizza at 1:00, also.  140 miles isn't that bad!  (The pizza better be good!)  I'll be on the bike in the avatar, wearing a black leather jacket and black helmet.  Geez, there will either be five bikes there, or 300!, but I'll be looking for other soch'ers.  If it's raining, I guess I'll be wearing a bright orange rain suit.   :(  I'm more interested in metting people from the forum than going to the honda thing.  I've ridden a billion bikes and I've done my share of service work at honda.  See ya there.
My dog loves me for the person I try to be.  Either that or he's hungry.

I had a very nice ride over county (country) roads to Marysville. Old town Hilliard was surprisingly nice. There were VERY FEW cars on the roads outside of town. The weather was hot/muggy, as usual for this time of year in central Ohia.

I arrived 1:15 PM for the 1:PM meet at Benny's and parked next to a single solitary CB750. We were two, but we didn't meet.

I stuck around for 1 hour, then searched for Castaways, but didn't find.

There were lots of Goldwing-nuts  ;) in town, being preyed upon capitalistically-speaking by vendors with tents selling all imaginable chrome accessories and then some that defied imagination.

I trust we'll have a more productive central-OH meet. Those near Columbus, let's have a meet this summer!

Cheers,

JBOX

How about Asheville NC.
It has a lot of HD assemblies which the locals cash in on and i believe that they are looking for more .
Great place indeed.
I'll start now
