A dog’s last moments photographed “Photographer Tou Chih-kang captures the last moment of shelter dogs before they are taken away by veterinarians to be put down. Tou has recorded the last moments of about 400 dogs, hoping the images will encourage responsibility among pet owners.”

I hate irresponsible owners. The sadness in their eyes make them hate those owners more.....

Those pictures brought tears to my eyes. Our little dog is a rescue dog and taken out of the death line up about 1/2 hour before he was to have the shot. Someone realized there was a hold on him for a recue society and saved him for us. It's tragic how many dogs are killed. Cliff.
