Quote from: scondon on March 22, 2012, 08:52:08 PMI haven't been able to fix my gremlin yet. Bike goes completely dark when I try to use the starter, then comes back on after a few seconds. Picking up a new battery tomorrow evening in last ditch attempt to reconcile it. Got a voltmeter?

I think the question should be "do you know how to USE a voltmeter?" lol

Any idea where you will stay in JT? (I don't mind riding in the rain as much as camping in the rain.)
I'll be leaving tomorrow morning and don't have one of those fancy phones w/ internets on it so give me a call on Saturday or something.
According to the weather channel, at 8:00AM Sunday, it will be 43 degrees, 0% chance of rain, and 8 mph winds for Rosamond. That's as far as the hourly forecast goes, so with any luck, they will be headed east before the rain hits.(I thought Pat lives in Rosamond??)
Hey Proto I sent you a couple of PM's and have not heard back - are you planning on spending the night in Reserve, NM?Thanks!!
