Sean and MJ took Lefty on a tour of Michigan's thumb area yesterday. They spent the night tearing up Bad Ax.  A Bad Ax town filled with Bad Ax trouble for GZ to get into!

They are headed down state this morning.  Down state, where the pioneers had only good axes or at least axes not note worthy enough to name a town after them.  Plan now is to bring him to Brighton for an early afternoon handoff to Artee.

If you want to get in any GZ miles, Get ahold of Artee.  I can help ya too if ya need.
Can I have a motorcycle when I get old enough?
If you take care of it.
What do you have to do?
Lot’s of things. You’ve been watching me.
Will you show me all of them?
Sure.
Is it hard?
Not if you have the right attitudes. It’s having the right attitudes that’s hard.

Looks like GZ is on his way back to the Brighton area from Bad Axe, MI. GZ is being escorted back here by Sean and MJ. I will meet up with them sometime between 3 and 4 pm today in the Brighton area. Stay tuned for further updates which will be posted as soon as I here from Sean and MJ.

Great DJ. I will be staying on line. Watching the Olympics G Game. Close game. I think that we may have to send GZ over there to breathe some fire on Spain. Go USA. Give me a call sent you a PM with my cell if you can ride. Kevin D is also watching the Game and wants to ride.

I have some details on todays handoff. It will be in Milford at the Old Hudson Inn, Milford Road & Grand River.  Which is i guess near exit 155 off of 96. Time will be around 3 or 4.

I haven't heard.

Maybe I should say, I don't know where they will ride to today. But next handoff is with Team Ontario.  It might be a direct run to Brooze72 in Toronto or maybe Artsqu is going to run thru Ohio, PA and NY and cross at Niagra before Toronto.

I got an update from the road.  Sean, MJ and Artee have met up and will be having a bite to eat before heading their separate ways.  Artee is planning to head to Clawson then down town. Dave might be up for a ride after 6.

If anyone wants Artee's cell phone number, send me a PM and I'll get it to you.

Plans for Toronto: Artee would like to get Lefty to Team Ontario on Tuesday.  Details to follow, but that's the current plan.

Unfortunately I won't be able to make this part of the ride.

Fortunately I did get in a couple of hundred miles... about 50 with GZ and Mr. SeanBarney the other day.  :)

GZ is in the big D. Met Sean, MJ and Kevin D at the New Hudson Inn for the handoff and we had a light brunch talked and reviewed last years rally and made plans for next year. Maybe a ride thru the east side of the state and up and over thru western Ontario. Kevin D. made it to New Hudson but was not feeling well and came out to see that pesky lizard. It was good to see him. Also talked with Dave and he stated that he had some issues with his CB chopper and that he was going to ride his CB Automatic. It looks good and we will meet in the morning at Gratiot and 25 Mile for a ride up thru the thumb again. After that I hope that Orange550 will contact me because on Tuesday GZ will be headed to Toronto to meet with the folks up there. So Brooze74 standby if all goes well GZ will be there Tuesday.

Wow, so soon, that's great! I will be able to take him to Mosport on Saturday. I have heard nothing from any other ON members except Larecords (Larry) so... we got some figuring to do.
I have to work this week & my present schedule has me in Stratford ON (about 90 minutes west of Toronto & a little north) on Tues in the car. Oldschool, I got your PM with Artee's #, should I call him tomorrow?

Yep Bruce, give Artee a call. He'll be riding today so leave message where he can call ya back.

As for transporting GZ in. Car, it's better than cardboard!!  The string of SOHC4s was broke a while ago. Last year was the miracle relay, this year is for fun!

You guys are tough. I got in only 42 miles yesterday. They were the best ones I could have made. I made it back to the easy chair just in time for a snooze. It was good to see you all MJ, Sean, Artie, and Godzilla.

MJ, Sean, I hope my directions were good enough to get you home in good time.

I saw some club colors at the Inn, I guess the Chief didn't mind me using his parking spot.

Dam, I'm soo frickin pissed that I wasn't watching this. I live in Brighton, and Sunday we were out riding and passed through New Hudson around 6:30pm. I didn't see any Hondas in front when we passed.
I can't do the Canada thing, passports and all that, but i would have loved putting some miles on with you .
