Wow - the before pics speak volumes!  Did you brace the frame near the seat, seeing as you removed the bracing that was there?  Looks pretty cool - the footpegs are interesting - what did you do there?  Any close ups?

I think it would look real nice with drag bars, but the upright bars look good too.

Nice! Really clean and open looking,  :D
I don't know what to say about the old seat except that I think it's higher that the steps into my apartment building!  :o
