Topic: K81 Dunlops

OK,  guys don't shoot me, it's a tire question/comment!  Lots of vintage run these Dunlop tires & when I check Bike Bandit for the K81s the sizes are slightly wider that original CB500 spec.  Example,  K81 front/rear 4.10-19 vs 3.25-19 original and gives two choices for 18", front/rear 4.25-18 and rear 4.10-18 (original spec was 3.50-18, I,m replacing a 4.50-18 presently installed by a PO, so thinking either one is OK). 

Comments? No prob? Is the 4.10 too wide for the front? Go for K70s maybe?

Those numbers are correct. The K81 is a trigonometric (i.e., V-profile) tire, so it measures differently around the cross-section. The 4.10 size is a direct replacement for the 3.25 round profile, and the 4.25 for the 3.50. If you 750 riders want the rear, use a 5.10 size to replace the 4.00.
