I don't think they will. Check k&n site, it'll tell you the specific model number, which is a tight fit!

Now, the consensus here is that pods suck, stick with the stock air box, but I'm rejetting mine right now, so do what you will. They definitely require Carb work.

As far as the fit I can't help you there.  This is a topic that comes up a lot.  If you read TwoTired's write up you will get a good idea why its a tricky subject.
