I use GIVI E360s on my CBR1000F, and I have a 460 I use as a top case on the back of the GS. The GIVIs work very well. They are well made and they've never leaked, even when stuffed full and riding in the rain all day. Their sturdiness leads to one drawback in that they are somewhat on the heavy side.
I bought some tubing and GIVI mounting parts from Happy Trails awhile back for the 750F, but haven't gotten around to fabbing it up. I'll post some pics when I get it done.
One of the reasons I haven't done it yet is because I got some Ortlieb dry saddlebags from Aerostich a couple of years ago. I got them for use on the KLR, but I used them on the 750 last year during the relay and I am very impressed with them. They are light, tough, hold a lot of stuff, stable on the bike, and are completely waterproof. They are way beyond any other soft bags I've used or seen. Just not having to screw around with rain covers is a big enough selling point all by itself. They do share the main problem with other soft bags. They are easy to rip off if you leave the bike unattended.
