DSS K0 airbox is here, gasket and paint Q?

I just ordered my DSS repo airbox for my K0. I think I read somewhere it comes without hardware. Does the hardware from the newer airboxes work or will I be fabbing and shopping? I did search first, I'm sure it's posted somewhere but didn't find it.

K1 thru K6 airbox hardware interchange (unless you have a 2 hole airbox for early sandcasts). The part that doesn't fit is the horizontal divider (different shape), but that should come w/ the dss airbox.
Save yourself much grief and replace all rubber intakes w/ new.

I've got new rubber intakes already. Thanks. I'll rob the hardware from the ugliest air box in the parts boxes. I'm getting ready for paint and really want the correct air box.

The parts came from England today, Under a week to the midwest US. Not so bad. Now for the tech questions, what about the rubber seal? The one from the K3 air box doesn't fit well. I can get it in there but it doesn't leave a gap for the other side of the box to seat into. I'm thinking about black silicone for a gasket. Any experience with these? 
 I'll post a picture as soon as I get a new card for the camera. The old one is full.

It seems I still owe a picture. Do the brackets get painted body color or do they stay black? I don't remember.

Brackets are black.  The K0 airbox doesn't use a gasket.
