I think the thing I most like about motorcycling is the speed at which my brain must process information at to avoid the numb skulls who are eating pies, playing the ukulele, applying make-up etc in the comfort of their airconditioned armchairs as they make random attempts to kill me!!!!!!!

My brother-in-law showed me a bike frame a few years back and told me it was a Norton, well to me it looked like a badly abused bicycle frame and not much more.
Two years later and his "flat tank Norton" is worth around $30,000 even though many parts were hand made when he couldn't source the originals.
So I guess with enough patience and $$ you can reserect anything!

 "parts bike" hope you are joking..that is a pretty nice start, would be glad to have something that complete of that age..

 Japanese bike owners are spoiled, many think a bike has to be near running to be worth owning... welcome to the vintage bike world...

Here is a bike i have for sale. I think i would be more likely to restore it if it was worth something in the end. But these bikes restored are only around 3000. It would take much more then that to get it there.
