Yes well done Brian. I doubt very much muscling a rig around at speed with one clip-on & one swinging rudder is the ideal situation.  ;D Good Results.

Not sure about lap time at this point, timing & scoring had a problem with the transponder system. :(

Nice one mate. Well done.

A pat, and a big thankyou Brian.  I was having an issue with his r/l transition (late) between 8 & 9 in the heat.  Was losing the backend, and getting the chair wheel up to much. ::)   Talked about it, and he made the adjustment for the final.  Just flying through there then. ;D

Thanks Brent, it goes to the top of the list as the best weekend of racing I've ever experienced.  Unloaded this morning, and I don't think there is a muscle that isn't sore.  Only carried the light stuff with the left arm. ;) :)   Also added an exhaust deflector to the 'To Do' list....right toes are slightly crisp.

Congrats!  Sounds like you had a blast!

It was a blast FuZZie.  The new track facilities, and re-surface of the track are world class.  It's always been a fast track, but now its so smooth it just flows.

Checked the raw video, and the good news I got all the front stuff, and most (card is too small!) of the rear.  Also took a couple of photos of the bars.  OH, and for RR and the 'no photo it, didn't happen' photo. ;) ;D ;D ;D ;D

How they should look -

Where they were about lap 4, if they weren't somewhere else, most of the time position ::) -

Bear - Re the headline about trail & God.  Going up the back straight in 5th I thought it would be a good time to let my passenger know we had a somewhat serious issue.  As I started to relaxe my left hand grip to point out the right side issue, it started to shake its head.  Decided to tell him later, re-tightened my left grip, and kept the right twisted. ;) :)

FWIW, I'm not a shill for Race Tech - I've just got a thing for good suspension and the RTCE's are the most cost-effective mod for these old damping rod front ends.

If you can get results like that with the problems you had, how good is it going to be when everything is spot on?

Thanks Mike.  Found out this weekend what the bike felt like when new...finally.  As for the learning curve, just got a glimpse of the next part of the curve this weekend. ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

Here you go Brian, the Saturday Heat race.  1st time out since all the chassis & suspension changes, wasn't sure what to expect.  Learned a few things which got put to good use in the Final.  I'll post that in the next day of so.  Full screen is best. ;) ;D ;D

Sit tight RR, more to come. ;)

He had a rear tyre going down, and kept changing lines.  That sound of silence going into T2 on the last lap is everything locked up (when he moved wide, because of the tyre).  Plan was to pass him there. :(

Nice Heat race, sometimes you eat the bear and sometimes it eats you...  Glad you had a successful weekend racing without any major issues that prevented you from finishing. Always good when you can finish a heat race or race...real disappointing when something happens to prevent it.  Glad the rig is running well and isn't throwing lots of issues to sort out.
Front GoPro has some RFI interference issues apparently, it isn't happy given it's recording issues.

Good luck with the coming races...  Maybe you can post some more podium finishes and move up in points.

David if you mean the wavy stuff, it's because it is mounted on the bubble.  The bubble picks up the vibration and causes the camera shake.  Mounted it on the chair bubble for the final, better but still has shake.  Winter project to improve the mounts.

There was mention @ the driver's meeting about a cone being on the edge of the track going into T5.  It was right at my wide turn-in point.  Manage to miss it for 4 laps, didn't on the 5th.  The front passenger loop got it on entry, and the outside curbing on exit removed it.  You can see it pop out beside the exit cone in the rearview camera. ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
