i'm already riding it hard with no problem but the #$%*ty wheater :-\

i have a question for 400f gurus, someone used thew two o-rings method for healing leaking petcock?

i bought the two oring from david silver and installed them one onto the other, but now my petcock is really hard to rotate... do i have done something wrong?

Stumpo, did you end up modding your steering stopper for your clip-ons? I've got the same issue and need to do something about it.

Your bike is coming along nicely, you do good work and I'm enjoying following along. BUT, you really need to paint those rear shocks to match the rest of the bike.

What happened with that other exhaust you bought? you installed it at one point and cut down the muffler for a better fit. I'm a big fan of the original and prefer it, but you seemed to really like the other one. Were you just not able to make it fit properly?

Or you could just adjust the clip-ons further out 1/2". Pull those springs and have them powder coated.

thanks a lot, i'm planning to just polish the shock bodies... who knows?!

the othr exhaust is awesome but i had some fitting problem with the head clamps... i'll try to install it using different method...

You don't like the position out further or do they hit something moving them out more. I know on my other bike the steering stops are too far out and makes it have about a 1/2 mile turning radius.
