That's not a windshield, it's a sail!  That model was Honda's one-and-only entry into the Americas Cup.

 Should be noted, on that Bob the Mod pic..in those days Ontario ran 3 plates, you can see the 2 extras up front..I think I have a triple set stashed...

Yup, you're correct.  I still have two of those 1964 plates shown in the picture...don't know where the third one got to.  I do have some other years with all three though.
