Not sure if this is the right section so forgive me if it is in the wrong place. My brother has a 1981 Goldwing that was owned by his father in law until his passing. The bike is in almost like new condition but has been sitting for many years and needs some work (carbs cleaned, timing and values set, etc.). Now comes the problem, my brother lives outside of Atlanta in Acworth (about 6 hours away from me) and he is not very mechanical inclined. He has looked around some but has not found anyone that seems willing to work on the bike. Trying to work him through things over the phone will not work. So if anyone is in the area and has a suggestion or wouldn't mind helping him out a little I'm sure he would appreciate it. He and his wife are good people, fun to be around so I'm sure you will have a good time. I will also post this on a goldwing site but it seems they are more focused on newer bikes. Anyway, thanks for any help you can send my way.
