tank id?

anybody know what bike this tank is for? ...got it with some 550 parts...

Sean - That tank with that style of cap and that original gold color looks like a Suzuki GT550 or GT380 two stroke tripple. Both the same. Bring it over to the shop sometime if needed and compare to mine or google those.Look for 1972-75 range or so.   Enrico

Eric, you colorblind? 8) ...sure does look like metallic green peeking out there...interesting, those emblem indents sure look like typical honda...but, yeah the gas cap and petcock are not looking like any Honda I've seen.  I was thinking maybe cb650 or maybe a dohc bike?

Not colorblind just old Sean.Think they also made that color shade also.If its not a Suzuki tank I will buy you a good cold stout Bell's beer.   8) 8)
