That is NOT an F model.  It has a K frame, etc.

Any CB550 caliper any year, F or K will work on it.  I think the Cb400 will work on it, too.  Quite possible ones from a CB750 will, too.  But, I'm not sure about the 750 ones.

The 750 caliper will not directly interchange with the 550. It won't bolt onto the 550 arm, due to a wider bolt spacing. It might work if you use the 750 arm, and also fit a larger diameter 750 disc.
Don't fix it if it ain't broke!

Measure the bolt spacing, pretty sure it's same as 350G, 360, 350f, 400f,500F&T plus all the 550's.
Should be able to find one pretty easy (not sure how many I have, know it's more than 4 for the bikes I've got  ;))

I found on in Iowa he said he wanted $295 for it? Iam keeping Craigslist hot in search of something.

Just ask on the forum mate, there should be plenty of spare ones here, don't pay $295 for one, you could buy a whole parts bike for that..... :o

I have a few of them I think.  Do you need the whole assay or do you have some parts like piston or pads etc
