Topic: Shop recommendation in SW Michigan

Anyone in the area have any experiences with shops in the Grand Rapids area? Looking to get my carbs synced and as much I would like to learn how to do it myself I simply don't have the time, money, and energy to do it right now... New baby coming in six weeks, enough said. Spend most of last year rewriting and fixing so many things I hardly got to ride, this year I just want to ride... Thanks for any recommendations... Also, if there are any experienced forum members in the area who want to make a few bucks I'd rather put the money in another members pocket...

I remember looking at that bike when it was originally for sale up in Grant and it had the Mikuni carbs on it.Does it still have those or did you switch them to the stock Kehin variety ?  Think you got the bike next from Mike over there in Shelbyville.

I recently picked up a set of Kehin that I intent on pit them on once I get them rebuilt, pick up an air box, and exhaust... Which is unfortunately not in the budget right now... Last summer I replaced the seat and all the hardware, headlight bucket, oil filter housing, fuse box, complete rewire, ignition, fixed all the right and left hand controls, mirrors, painted battery box and anything else I could get to without completely taking the bike apart, front turn signals,and tank trim. Far far from perfect but a good learning experience and now this year I just want this summer...
