sorrry about the term i quoted that my neighbor used, i didnt mean it in any way as it wasnt coming from my mouth hense the quotations marks. But yea sorry about that if i offended anyone, im not that kind of person and that isnt a word i use in my vocabulary as my ex-gf was black so im definatly not a racist lol

This is crazy, i leave a post showing you guys what i have done to my car, and you make it out to be a competition...
and my bike is all fixed by the way...except filters which ill have to wait a week till my next paycheck, bilo doesnt work good for car/bike enthusiasts.

And my bike is a 500 not a 550.

geez, the life has turns was like a little joke word of wisdom i just poped out, alot of you guys are quick to start a argument...

all i did was post some pics and discriptions of the work i have done to my car, no big deal.

Kudos to you Anti. I was intrigued to see what you have done and what is involved in a tuner rebuild. 2F2F was a fav of mine and all of those were imports, were they not? well, except Vins big Black Goat. Keep up the good work,

Like the tweaks on your car. My point in my babble was that it does not matter what you start with (bike, car, truck, whatever) if you can make it do what it should not, there is reward in that alone. My 750 does what it is not supposed to.

) from 91-99 and a civic from 99-2003, and a 91 240Z until last year. Always wanted to tweak them out, but was just to much of a cheap ass to do it. Guess thats why I got into the old Honda's. Kudo's to you for the work u've done Anti...

...comparing American V8's to these cars is like comparing American V-twins to out SOHC's...its an endless argument. I'm working on having an appreciation for anything on wheels...thats the true pennicle of motorsports.

We all have to find our avenue for creativity...it manifests itself in many forms.

Any car is cool as long as you are doing it for yourself though. That is ultimately the most important thing.

yea i once had a 78 datsun 240z for a few days that i got by trading my dirtbike, never could get it running and i was 15 so i traded it for a chevy blazer lol

That Skyline is sweet. I'd love to have something like that.
The thing I hate about the "tuner" cars is just the way most go about it. They buy a generic import, throw on a loud exhaust (that usually sounds like crap), a wing that's 5 sizes too big for the car/application, some wheels, and a really ugly, metallic, neon, green paint job. Then, of course, they need the $2000 sound system with TV's, and neon lights. Meanwhile the engine is stock and falling apart, the ground effects are torn up from being too low, etc. So they end up with $10K in a $2K car. I have all the respect in the world for someone that can take a stock Civic and turn it into something better. But no respect at all for some punk who knows nothing about cars and just throws parts at it.

never understood what compells some people to rain on other peoples parades.

what we share is an enthusiasm for cars and bikes, which plays out differently for each of us.

but what do i know? i love my #$%*box hyundai

yea theres a guy in my town with a delorean, i raced him in my CRX at a red light and lets just say, those things arent fast at all, they definatly look cool tho lol.
