Any issues I need to be aware of when making this swap? Don't ask why, the F motor's dead. For now. And I want to ride. Can I use the carbs from the F2? Any wiring issues I need to know about? It should bolt right up, right?

It's a straight swap. Use your front sprocket from the F2 engine as the K8 might be a different # of teeth, chain might be too short if you don't.  Your F2 carbs will work but the carb rubbers will be too big for the K8 intake ports. I didn't know this and always had trouble with leaks. K8 carb boots will fit the F2 carbs and the K8 engine. Think that covers it.
Give me..a frame to build a bike on, and my imagination will build upon that frame
