No, it's real. He just used me to get some sort of valve of the bike. He didn't even know what it was.

I did get a hold of him and it was not a pretty conversation. Trust me. ;)

Hoarders are weird people. This guy was phishing for prices. He got lots of responses at $100 and figures he's got something worth a lot more. It's a douchebag way of going through life but then some people have no intergrity.

Remember, he called me. He had another ad for $200 but after a hand shake the deal was $100.

Now, both ads are flagged. No, I won't publish his number.

And to think he couldn't do on Saturday because of Bible study? Then, blow me off on Sunday?

One rule I have whenever I make the time to go look at a bike is to take my trailor or van so I have a way to haul it on the spot as soon as the deal is made. Some sellers will get sellers remorse or better offers if the bike sits too long.

Good advice! Show him the money but don't do the final exchange until he's helped you push the bike onto to the trailer.
