K5 750 Project
« on: August 16, 2012, 10:51:09 PM »
Picked this bike up about a month ago and about 2 weeks ago I was told about this forum and decided to join it and it has been a big help. The bike was sitting since 06 in a barn and was in pretty rough shape when I first brought her home, wish I would have took some before pictures, but already got her cleaned up and almost road ready. When i bought it it had big ape hangers and a chopper looking king queen seat, so I took all that stuff off and go all my new aftermarket parts on it to make it my own custom 750. It is about 80% complete I would say and I am still looking for an original seat. Going to be repainting it this winter also.

Yeah it runs great, was only running on two when I bought it but the floats were just screwed up in the carbs so I just rebuilt them all, and I live in Sheboygan so im only about an hour and a half away from Milwaukee
