WHEN IS THE 2013 RALLY?

+1.  Maybe 3.0 should beca tour with both?

I think Jerry has a spot reserved for GZ 1.0 on his mantle!

;) Just finished painting the interior for the prodigal son.

I and II were both different. What we need to do is come up with a plan for '13! BUT we need dedicated volunteers. That became an issue. Better start soon! Now open for ideas and volunteers.

What to call '13.... Hmmmm.... Maybe Lucky!! ;D

Can I have a motorcycle when I get old enough?
If you take care of it.
What do you have to do?
Lot’s of things. You’ve been watching me.
Will you show me all of them?
Sure.
Is it hard?
Not if you have the right attitudes. It’s having the right attitudes that’s hard.

Well folks the end of the 2011 SOHC4.net Relay Rally Around the World is about to come to a glorious close at the end of 2012. I picked up my prodigal son GZ the First and the accompanyments at our 'little' get together at South Georgia Motorsports Park near Valdosta, GA this past weekend. We are heading home to Colorado Springs where he will have a prominent place in my office.

Guys, it was MUCH work but it was a labor of love. Thanks to all that helped and enjoyed this 'little' world adventure. Don't know that I could top this but I hope someone else will  :) Next time someone mentions 'maybe we could do a ride like they did in the past', LOOK OUT  ;D

Unfortunately I didn't do any riding, Southwest Airlines. Met the racers and guys in Valdosta, GA for the Manufacturers Cup Finals. Go to the Performance section and look in on Sam Green's topic - Year to Build. We're just starting the posting for that. Amazing weekend.

The drinking is assumed !! But afterwards there was no cow tipping, nobody's mail box got run over, no saloon was trashed not even a TV thrown out of a window ???? How about ears bitten off ??? Maybe some call girls were summoned during the wee hours ?

Come on, let's have the lowdown, and you did build up my expectations.

Letdown time. No real craziness as such. Closed the bar and hung out with all my new old friends and that was enough.  :D

That's what I was afraid of Sam. I need to join you all next year and reduce the average age somewhat. I'll bring a vat of French wine and be that last man standing.
