Oil tank problem need advice.
« on: March 14, 2012, 05:16:02 PM »
Hellow I am building a custom cafe and am relocating the oil tank under the seat, my new oil tank is from a Harley fxr and fits perfectly uner the seat but the holes are completely different, it has bee done beforejust search on youtube "redrim cb750" I asked him how he hooked up the lines but he won't get back to me. Also the holes seem to be much smaller and I'm wondering if this might cause serious problem with oil flow, any help would be apreciated, and there is no going back to stock becase I cut of the tabs.

Contact this guy: anythinggoes74@gmail.com -  Curt Owen.  He builds custom Honda and Harley tanks and can give you the differences and what not to do.  Good, honest, local builder.  He sells custom tanks on eBay also for very reasonable prices.
