An exhaust Im doing at work...
« on: March 15, 2012, 11:47:44 AM »
Heres an exhaust im doing on a 750 powered chopper. Im limited by my utilities. (if i had a mandrel bender and tig i could make this very sexy.) Anyway he wants to wrap it all up to the tire so it will look nice anyway.

Balances nicely with the design. Tasteful without being gaudy.

Looks like quite a bit of weight and mass, are you using some extra support brackets somewhere and maybe a bracket to tie the two pipes upswept together. ?

Any pics from the front or the collectors?

Anyone pairing outside and inside cylinders together in customs?

I wanted to pair mine on my personal build however I haven't had time to get into it. Those are actually just straight chrome pipes. Its what the customer wants. They are heavy as hell and I advised him some chrome clamps would be a nice accessory to the system. Its going to be loud as all hell. lol Its cool. Its all his idea, I'm just making it happen.

I made brackets that are bolted together I just hadn't welded them on before the pic. I am trying to make it with the ability to remove the pipes individually.
