I used the 14mm and the brakes felt great!

Hi Tige, do you happen to know the length of the F2 swingarm, or how much longer it is than a K arm...?

Sorry Retro, I do not.  About 3 hours too late with this question since the 915 left for Miami today.  If I had both bikes in the garage I would have measured it for you.

I can give a rough measure tonight when I get home. I want to say it's about an inch longer.

Here i am posting on this thread and not sure if anyone still is interested. That is one fine bike and is my inspiration for my build. I've been riding bikes for some 35 years , doing my own wrenching and mods but I have never done a restore/mod. I just went old school and picked up a nice 75 750F and has brought up a lot of momories with me and some of my old friends. Now that the cold weather is starting here in Quebec and the bikes are being put to bed for the winter my project has begun. 77 gl1000 frontend will probably be the most modern add on and the monkey trainers bike is my goal, hopefully my bike ends up as nice as his with out totally copying it.
