In the beginning I always said beast, but now I'm on the beauty side. The sohc bikes I like the most are the near stock or stock bikes, Honda did it right back in the day. Although a stockish resto that incorporates some modern touches and upgrades is even better. Bikerbart has the right idea too though.

Stock is cool, but I think there's nothing wrong with adding a little personality. I like the seat with the white piping. Well done.

I really dig the distressed look, but that's just me.  I'm actually doing a similar thing...as I can't make up my mind.  I have a stock tank and close to stock seat, as well as a distressed looking tank w/ knee dents and a modded seat.  It's nice to be able to switch the look every once in a while.

Off the subject, but I visited your fair city recently, bikerbart. My daughter lives nearby. Nice town.

Its worth whatever you will pay.No idea, replica's with full cages and screens can be about 400 give or take,A real one should fetch more you would think.I have tried to sell mine but it costs a lot to ship,I'm on the fence about selling it,I would want $400 at least,I have the paperwork with it too
