best tank paint?

Anyone have any suggestion of THE best brand paint for tank/side covers etc. along with a how-to? thanks!

Basic BASF limco.   Base coat clear coat.  Inexpensive, easy to work with, fuel proof and tough.  I have used it for years on many custom bikes. I have had many people request I paint there bike after seeing one of mine.  I am not that good, the paint is.
