« on: March 20, 2012, 06:29:40 AM »
hi, this bike is new to me (my fiancee just bought it)

the bike looked like his when we got it a few weeks ago

she wanted a rear grab bar and stock signals, so we got  one off ebay

they said it was for the 75 cb550f

the turn signals are different from the front though

the fronts the bike came with looked like this:

the rears we got look like  this:

and this is the side by side

anyone have any thoughts?

The rears are F and the fronts are K models.
'Then' and 'than' are completely different words and have completely different meanings. Same with 'of' and 'have'. Set and sit. There, their and they're. Draw and drawer. Could care less/couldn't care less. Bought/brought FFS.

Hmm, it may depend on year as well. I think the flats are more suited to the K models though.

Check this out and make your own mind up. I like the bubbly ones.

It seems US models use the flat and Euro use the bubble.

I have a '75, 750F and they look like your front ones, stock.  Based on the reference site it would appear that your rears (grab bars) are off a '74, 550F

US should be big flat ones UK should be small pointy ones but they will work as they have the same bulbs. You will need the stems as well if you want to change them

I have the same bike. 75 550 F. big flat all the way around. The ones you have for the rear currently should work. I don't see why not unless the wires are different
