Photos with shorter shocks.

I have changed the shocks on my CB750 to the 11.4 inch shocks that I bought from Cycle-X.

Now the bike sits lower in back and looks better.

I don't know yet.
Stock shocks work just fine too.

I kinda wonder if you went at this the wrong way.  Maybe you should have left the shocks at the stock length and made the seat cowl a bit smaller and/or not pointed so high.  To me, the triangle does not look right now and you have changed the handling characteristics opposite to your intended purpose of the bike.

My two cents, thought I would throw that out there.
I don't have a motorcycle, sold it ('85 Yamaha Venture Royale).  Haven't had a CB750 for over 40 years.
