Topic: where to buy exended fork tubes....

ok so i searched, and couldnt find an answer, so i will ask here.

my thoughts are that i want to run clipons, but on top of the triple clamp, so if i could find +2" fork tubes, then i could, it would be a lot less hassle with the tank, and the clearance would be better.

if anyone could point me in the right direction that would be awesome

Call them to make sure you're getting the right length.  Their -1's are stock length.  You may need their +1's for what you want to do.

I have pair of loooooong forks. Say 3" over stock or so.  In decent shape from K4 or so.

I can measure it and let you know.

thanx guys tats awesome, will check out both parties.

regarding +3, it might be a bit too long, i have a set of clipons that i am going to use, i have also made up a washer to go underneath the clipon boss so it clears the top clamp casting.

I measured the assembled fork: 35 3/4" from the wheel axle center to the end of the tube. Didnt have time to measure the tube only yet.
Turns out the other set i have - K3 - is inch shorter than my K0 forks.  Means the long tubes may be just two inches longer than K0.
