Thanks, I am pretty happy with how it turned out. Tomorrow I have to make sure it still runs :)

Yeah, well keep us posted. Looks like you have a similar setup as I do..velocity stacks and pd carbs..but couldn't see your exhaust. Assuming you have 4 into 1... Im running #115 mains with stock slow and needle positions and it runs very nicely!

the bike looks nice. so how did the sanding go in regards to your other thread, or did you worry about it?

I shouldn't have touched the paint. I wet sanded and polished and I think it looks worse than just spraying and leaving it alone. It's smoother, but not as shiny.

What size were your original mains?

Stock size was #98 (i think) but I never ran them. I swapped to PODs first with #105 mains...now I'm at #115 for stacks. My stacks have screens inside and I run Outerwears on them.

Are your air mixture screws seated all the way in?

I ran them in all the way and then backed em out one and a half turns. I'm curretly trying to find new washers and orings  for them though. What exhaust are you running?

Bet yours will run better than mine with those baffles.  :o I'm definitely wishing I had made some more restriction in my pipes...might take 'em apart one of these days and make something better...
