Just about anything can be grafted on with enough money, time, and effort.

How much will you pay?
How much time are you willing to put into it?
How much effort are you willing to spend learning about the principles of carb operation?
Have you seen any carbs that you like better than the originals?

What performance goals have you set for the change?  (Higher/Lower?)
Is your primary goal to have it look different while parked, and make some noise when the engine is started?

I think TT is trying to say nothing is going to bolt on and make the bike run right without some work.

Some will cost more than others, but ultimately any carb change will cost way more than tuning/cleaning the stocks.

The cb500 will fit yours, same carb bodies, just different jetting and such.

I read something yesterday...believe it was funjimmy, made cr26's fit his cb550. You'll have to search though...I think he had an adapter made so they lined up. ANyway the cr's will cost 700+ alone plus the machine work and your own time.

What exactly don't you like about them? They are designed for the bike. It's a lot of work to adapt something else to fit.
'Then' and 'than' are completely different words and have completely different meanings. Same with 'of' and 'have'. Set and sit. There, their and they're. Draw and drawer. Could care less/couldn't care less. Bought/brought FFS.
