I think on the ice racer I got the motor out in 20 minutes  ;D.. it was a very stripped bike
Things that help; Spigot mount headers ( 4 bolts to loosen, one to remove) Carbs with pods, or Webers (easy on & off)

In those days I could lift a motor out myself easy,  lean on the frame with a pad under my chest, and put it on a box beside frame when out, ...worked in the woods packing a 29 lb saw and gear all day back then.

hDid one a year or two back, could barely get it out, pinced my finger.. felt like such a girlll.... :-[    :-[   :-[

I stand 6'1" and weigh 72kg.

Geez mate, do you have to run around in the shower to get wet? ;D
I was feeling sorry for myself because I couldn't afford new bike boots, until I met a man with no legs.

So I said, "Hey mate, you haven't got any bike boots you don't need, do you?"
