Topic: How to wire custom turn singnal lights & Fix Slow Speedo?

Is there a guide out there to help me wire some custom turn signal lights and speedo? Or A actual kit?
My speedometer is lagging behind by a couple of seconds, is there a fix to this or do I need a new Speedo?

I own a 78 CB550K Four completely stock.
